Gary Pomeroy co-founder and Principal of TBHC began investigating a system that speeds up the construction process for building ADUs. Over forty years of experience in the design, development, production and sales of conventional, modular and manufactured housing throughout the U.S.. Senior officer for major home-building corporations. Supplied and erected 3,000 modular and manufactured homes in California, Arizona, Utah, Maryland, Florida and North Dakota since 1983. Supplied materials, technical support and labor for homes in China, Japan, Grand Cayman Island and Brazil.
